If a practitioner appears as "Offline" on Behandlernettverk.no, it means their schedule is not accessible through the booking integration.
Common causes:
Online booking not activated – Enable this in the Online booking section at the top of your clinic overview

Schedule not connected – If the practitioner’s name is missing from the dropdown, their schedule is not shared through the journal system.
What to do:
Contact your journal system provider for support
Verify practitioner’s schedule is active and correctly linked
Retry integration after setup is fixed
