Practitioners Show as "Offline" – What to Do?

If a practitioner appears as "Offline" on Behandlernettverk.no, it means their schedule is not accessible through the booking integration.


Common causes:

  • Online booking not activated – Enable this in the Online booking section at the top of your clinic overview

  • No practitioners registered – At least one practitioner must be added to the clinic.

  • Schedule not connected – If the practitioner’s name is missing from the dropdown, their schedule is not shared through the journal system.


What to do:

  • Contact your journal system provider for support

  • Verify practitioner’s schedule is active and correctly linked

  • Retry integration after setup is fixed
