How to Activate Online Booking for Your Clinic

What is Online Booking?

Online booking is a digital system that links your clinic’s journal system with the Behandlernettverk booking portal. Once connected and agreements with partners and insurance companies are in place, your clinic can receive appointment bookings directly into your system, including all necessary client and insurance details. Partners can book appointments seamlessly and in real time.

Step-by-step guide to activate Online Booking:

1. Log in
   Sign in to Behandlernettverk with your account.

2. Select your company
   Choose the correct company, especially if you manage more than one.

3. Choose your clinic
   Go to the "Clinics" tab and select the clinic you want to enable booking for.

4. Add Online Booking
   In the "Online Booking" section, click "Add".

5. Select journal system
   Choose the journal system your clinic uses.

6. Enter required details

   • Request integration details from your journal provider.

   • Fill in the received details into the relevant fields.

7. Activate Online Booking
   Click "Activate Online Booking". A green status indicator confirms it is active!
