How to Register a Clinic in Behandlernettverk

1. Select the correct company

   • Click on the company you want to add the clinic to.

   • Be precise: registering under the wrong company may require extra work to correct.

2. Create a new clinic

   • Click “+Create clinic” under Clinics.

   • Repeat the process if your company has multiple locations.

3. Service type

   • Indicate whether the clinic is physical, digital, or both.

4. Service category

   • Choose the relevant category: Physical therapy, Psychology, Medical, or Dental services.

5. Clinic and contact information

   • Enter the clinic’s contact details.

   • Note: Include “http://” before the website address.

6. Visiting address

   • Search and select the address in the input field.

   • Verify the map pin location.

   • For digital clinics, skip to step 8.

7. Facilities

   • Choose available facilities.

   • Use the description field if none of the options fit.

8. Billing method

   • Choose either:

     • Practitioners invoice individually

     • Clinic invoices on behalf of all

9. Billing system

   • If you use a different system from the journal system, enter its name here.

10. Complete the registration

    • Click Save to finalize the clinic setup.

Done!

The clinic is now visible under the “Clinic” tab on the company page, along with additional admin options.
