How to connect to another clinic in Behandlernettverk

After creating your user account and therapist profile, you can be linked to a clinic. If your clinic has already been registered by someone else, do not create a new company – instead, the administrator must invite you.

Key points:

• If you invoice through your own company, make sure it is registered by you first.

• If the company is under another user account, contact info@behandlernettverk.no for help.

Step-by-step: How to join a clinic you don't manage

1. Inform your company administrator that you want to join a clinic.

   • The administrator must send you an invitation via Behandlernettverk to your registered email.

   • Check your spam folder if you don’t see the email!

2. Click "Log in" in the email and log into your account.

   • You must accept the invitation via the email link – not from the site directly.

3. Accept the invitation to the clinic.

4. You are now linked to the clinic!

If you invoice from your own company, make sure it's registered before the administrator adds you.
