In Behandlernettverk, your role determines the access and permissions you have as a user to manage and register information.
To check or change your role:
Click your name at the top of the page.
Select Account Settings from the menu.
Go to Access and Role Update to view or change your role.
User Roles
Therapist
If you are a therapist associated with an existing clinic, your role depends on the clinic’s billing process:
From the clinic: Billing is handled by the clinic.
From my own company: You bill through your sole proprietorship.
Administrator
For clinic or insurance managers.
As an administrator:
You manage insurance agreements and visibility for the clinic and therapists.
You ensure Behandlernettverk contains accurate and up-to-date information.
You act as the primary contact for partners.
Behandlernettverk is structured hierarchically:
A company (Ltd. or sole proprietorship) is registered first.
Clinics and therapists are then added under the company.
The administrator is responsible for organizing this information.
